Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Supervise and manage construction operations from start to finish, ensuring project efficiency and success.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical advice and solutions to on-site problems and ensure that construction work follows technical drawings and designs accurately.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the work meets project specifications and engineering standards.
- Budget and Timeline Management: Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget by managing resources and materials.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and sustainability regulations on-site and ensure compliance with environmental and local laws.
- Liaison and Coordination: Communicate with architects, clients, subcontractors, and other professionals to coordinate work and resolve issues.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily and progress reports, log project activities, and maintain all project documentation.
- Site Setup and Surveys: Conduct site surveys and set out sites to prepare them for construction activities.
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous work experience in a construction or site engineering role.
- Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
- Licenses: A valid driver's license may be a mandatory requirement.

Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month
