Fit-Out Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Site Engineer to supervise and execute interior fit-out works for commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial projects.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in site execution, subcontractor coordination, MEP coordination, and finishing works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at site
• Execute drywall partitions, gypsum ceilings & decorative ceilings
• Monitor flooring works (tiles, marble, vinyl, carpet, epoxy)
• Coordinate installation of glass partitions & aluminium works
• Manage joinery, carpentry & custom interior works
• Coordinate closely with MEP teams (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Review IFC & shop drawings before execution
• Prepare MIR, WIR & inspection documentation
• Monitor site progress and manpower allocation
• Ensure QA/QC standards are maintained
• Conduct site inspections & close snags
• Coordinate with consultants, clients & subcontractors
• Maintain daily and weekly progress reports
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior finishing standards
• Ability to read architectural & MEP drawings
• Experience in site execution & subcontractor management
• Knowledge of BOQ & quantity verification
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred
• MS Office (Excel reporting mandatory)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering
• 3–8 years UAE/GCC fit-out experience
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
