Fit-Out Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Engineer to manage high-end interior fit-out works for luxury villas in the UAE. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in luxury finishes and proven experience in delivering bespoke villa projects to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise interior fit-out works for luxury villas, including high-end finishes like marble, bespoke joinery, and decorative elements.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to integrate architectural finishes with services.
• Monitor site progress, address delays, and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage snag lists and rectifications.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and labor for efficient resource use.
• Prepare inspection requests, progress reports, and other documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers on site planning and technical challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong expertise in luxury fit-out execution and materials standards.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination within high-end fit-out projects.
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and inspection processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out works, particularly luxury villas or high-end residential projects in Dubai.
• Hands-on experience with architectural finishes, bespoke joinery, and marble/stone works.
• Experience in coordinating MEP and architectural interfaces, resolving clashes before execution.
• Familiarity with project reporting tools and documentation standards in construction.
