FIT-OUT SITE ENGINEER -ARABIC NATIONALITY

We are looking to employ a qualified and competent Arab Fit-out Site Engineer who will be responsible for:

· Managing the construction site, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations

· Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

· Managing and supervising contractors and workers on site

· Scheduling and overseeing material deliveries and equipment use

· Ensuring that work is completed to the required quality standards

· Managing budgets and timelines for projects

· Communicating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors

· Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

· Ensuring that project milestones are met and that work is completed on time

· Conducting site surveys and providing reports to senior management

Skills are Required:

· Fit-Out experience is required.

· Strong leadership and management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations

· Proficiency in using technical software and tools, such as AutoCAD and BIM

· Strong time management and organization skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications are Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering .

· Arabic Nationality.

· Relevant work experience in construction or engineering

· Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD and BIM

· Knowledge of safety regulations and construction codes

· Professional certification, such as Professional Engineer (PE) license, may be required.
