Fit Out Site Engineer (Joinery)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee interior design and fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely execution of works.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, health & safety, and client requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Provide technical support and resolve site-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure project delivery within cost, time, and quality parameters.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or MEP (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing)
• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in project engineering within interior design and fit-out contracting.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works including joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Should have UAE driving license; preferably with own car.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
