Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery works.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality execution, and managing on-site operations efficiently. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-end interior projects on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and manage interior fit-out works at project sites, ensuring timely execution in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

1. Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for clarity and execution.

2. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and regulations.

3. Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and civil teams to ensure seamless integration of all services with interior finishes.

4. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, and follow up for timely closure of pending works.

5. Manage material deliveries, storage, and usage on-site in alignment with the project timeline and budget.

6. Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors.

7. Attend regular site meetings to report progress, raise issues, and align with project Manager.

8. Ensure high standards of workmanship and finishing in all aspects of interior works (e.g., gypsum, joinery, painting, flooring, ceiling, etc.).

9. Monitor manpower and productivity, and support in resource planning as per project demands.
