FIT OUT SUPERVISOR

• Oversee all maintenance and fit-out works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily activities of technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate schedules for preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance works.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, engineers, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications related to fit-out and maintenance works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues during execution.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for the job.
• Check workmanship and materials used to meet quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Report any deviations and recommend corrective measures.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure workers follow safety protocols.
• Report incidents/accidents and conduct safety toolbox talks regularly.
• Assign tasks to maintenance staff, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.
• Train and support workers to improve efficiency and workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and fit-out works completed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Ensure proper handover of completed works with required documentation.
• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to control costs.
• Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and requisitions.
