Fit-Out Supervisor

Required:

• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in interior fit-out works within the GCC
• Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction
• Driving License: UAE License Mandatory.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all site activities to ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Review fit-out drawings and design details, ensuring that on-site implementation matches the approved design intent.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used to ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.
• Oversee the installation of partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP interfaces, and other interior finishes.
• Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Maintain complete knowledge of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports, highlighting work status, manpower, and any issues encountered.
• Identify and report design or site-related conflicts and propose practical solutions to resolve them.
• Assist in preparing and closing snag lists and ensure the final handover is completed to client satisfaction.
• Supervise site housekeeping and material storage to maintain an organized and safe working environment.
• Coordinate inspection requests and approvals with consultants and clients.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
