The holiday department will focus on designing and managing tailored vacation packages, including Air Tickets, accommodations, activities, transportation, rental car, and other personalized services for inbound and outbound.

Job Description: Holiday Department Supervisor:

As the Holiday Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Your role will include the following key responsibilities:

A. Department Leadership:

Provide strong leadership to the holiday department team, including training, motivating, and evaluating staff members.

B. Sales and Business Development:

Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue for the holiday department. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify target markets, implement promotional activities, and generate leads.

C. Product Development:

Stay updated with current travel trends and develop unique holiday packages to cater to different customer segments. Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive rates and high-quality services.

D. Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing any issues that may arise during the vacation experience. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance and recommendations.

E. Operations Management:

Oversee the end-to-end operations of holiday packages, including Air Tickets, accommodations, activities, transportation, rental car, and other personalized services for inbound and outbound. Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards, timely delivery, and efficient processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory role within the travel industry, preferably in a holiday/vacation department.

2. Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, and holiday package design.

3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

6. Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

7. Proficient in travel booking systems and software.

Goals and Objectives:

1. Achieve a 20% increase in holiday package sales within the first year.

2. Develop partnerships with key suppliers to ensure a diverse and competitive product portfolio.

3. Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of at least 90% through continuous improvement of customer service processes.

4. Increase the profitability of the holiday department by 15% within the first two years
