Responsibilities

• Plan and lead fitness classes and personal training sessions for all fitness levels.
• Develop tailored fitness programs to meet individual members' goals and needs.
• Demonstrate exercises and routines to members and modify according to skills.
• Provide immediate emergency first aid or medical attention as required.
• Ensure the fitness area and equipment are safe, clean, and organized.
• Motivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness and wellness targets.
• Continuously update your knowledge of the latest fitness trends and techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of client fitness activities and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and satisfaction.
• Engage in professional development through workshops and certification programs.
• Coordinate with other fitness instructors for class schedules and event planning.
• Promote our fitness programs and services to potential and existing clients.

Requirements

• Certified Fitness Instructor or personal trainer by a recognized fitness organization.
• Prior experience working in a gym or fitness center as an instructor.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fitness practices, equipment, and health principles.
• Ability to design and implement effective fitness programs for diverse clients.
• Must hold a CPR/AED certification or be willing to obtain one promptly.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
