Fitness Membership Growth & Retention Specialist

Drive new member growth and retention by managing the full sales cycle, engaging leads effectively, and converting them into active members.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition

  • Understand and work toward volume and financial targets.
  • Manage the lead pipeline: calling, cleaning, qualifying, and advancing leads.
  • Monitor daily lead volume, quality, and source performance.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel to ensure enough leads for conversions.

Retention

  • Act as key account manager for an assigned customer base.
  • Manage inbound/outbound calling: follow-ups, consumption issues, satisfaction checks, expiring members, and complaints.
  • Schedule member consultations and recommendations with coaches.

Admin

  • Prepare and present reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain customer profiles and update acquisition/retention forecasts.
  • Track progress against targets and recommend adjustments.
  • Provide daily updates on sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years working in Sales and Customer Experience roles - at least 2 years in Fitness/Wellness industry
