We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fit-Out Foreman to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out activities on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and a solid understanding of fit-out procedures, materials, and finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-out projects, including partitioning, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, MEP coordination, and final finishes.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure timely execution of work.
• Inspect work progress, materials, and workmanship to ensure quality control.
• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, timesheets, and material requisitions.
• Ensure tools and materials are available and properly used.
• Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with the project management team.
• Monitor and enforce health & safety regulations on-site.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to workers where necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in interior fit-out works (minimum 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out procedures, materials, and technical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with MEP coordination is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
