Job Description

The Flagman will be responsible for managing traffic movement within and around the construction site, ensuring safety for workers, vehicles, and pedestrians. This role requires alertness, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and control the movement of vehicles, machinery, and pedestrians across the site.
• Communicate clearly using hand signals, flags, and radios as required.
• Ensure safe entry and exit of trucks, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor site surroundings to prevent accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate with the site supervisor and safety team on traffic-related concerns.
• Follow all site safety rules and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Report any incidents or hazards immediately to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Flagman on UAE construction sites (preferred).
• Basic understanding of traffic control and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for long hours.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stay alert and act quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
