Job Description
- Prepare booking price cards and their numbers for the direct manager after matching, in accordance with the approved authority level matrix.
- Review booking requests and submit them to the direct manager after ensuring they meet the conditions, or redirect them to the concerned parties to complete the requirements.
- Enter bookings into the relevant systems and ensure there are no duplications or errors that may cause technical problems during implementation.
- Coordinate with advertising producers, graphic designers, and the design team to ensure that advertising materials are prepared according to the agreed-upon deadlines.
- Be familiar with monthly invoicing procedures and follow up on disbursement procedures according to the approved procedures with the Finance Department.
- Prepare weekly and monthly team reports and performance measurement reports and submit them to the direct manager for approval.
