Flatbed CDL Drivers 2100wkly Regional

10‑4 Logistics USA seeks experienced, full‑time W‑2 Class A CDL drivers to operate flatbed freight out of Atlanta, Georgia, across the contiguous United States. These positions are intended for drivers who prefer regional and over‑the‑road (OTR) schedules with consistent weekly home time. The company provides steady freight, late‑model equipment, 24‑hour dispatch support, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

    • Typical gross pay: $1,800–$2,100 per week; drivers compensated at 27% of the load.

  • Employment and support
    • W‑2 employment hauling year‑round flatbed freight on regional and OTR lanes operating from Atlanta, GA.

  • Typical duties
    • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
    • Perform flatbed load securement and freight protection, including tarping and the use of straps, chains, and binders (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping).
    • Haul regional and OTR flatbed freight with typical runs up to 2,000–2,500 miles covering multiple states.
    • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.
    • Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
    • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members.
  • Qualifications
    • Valid Class A CDL.
    • Minimum 1 year OTR driving experience and at least 6 months flatbed experience.
    • Experience hauling steel and steel pipe is preferred.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with straps, tarps, chains, and binders for securement.
