10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Lafayette, LA to haul flatbed freight across all 48 states. These positions are best suited for experienced flatbed drivers who prefer regional OTR schedules with consistent weekly home time. Typical duties

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Perform load securement and freight protection for flatbed shipments, including tarping and the use of straps, chains, and binders (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping).
• Haul primarily regional OTR freight (typical runs up to 2,000–2,500 miles covering multiple states).
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 1 year OTR driving experience and at least 6 months flatbed experience.
• Experience hauling steel and steel pipes is required.
• Demonstrated skill in using straps, tarps, chains, and binders for securement.
• Clean driving record (MVR) and other standard verifications as required.
