Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure efficient and effective management of the vehicle fleet at Budget Rent a Car UAE. This includes entering and updating fleet data, managing vehicle replacements, monitoring driver attendance and overtime, assisting walk-in customers with vehicle servicing and issues, coordinating vehicle repairs under warranty, addressing breakdown issues, scheduling timely vehicle deliveries to clients, and attending customer calls when necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Entering & updating the fleet & Lease details, replacements (LRVV), Non-revenue movements (NRM) .

Monitoring the attendance of drivers and OT

Assisting customers who have come in without booking for servicing or other vehicle related issues to the workshop.

Coordinating and informed the team when vehicles comes for repairs under warranty

Helping the team for any breakdown issues reported.

Timely delivery of vehicles to clients by scheduling the drivers for duty as per client requests and their convenience

Attending customer calls when required

Maintain an inventory of all vehicles in fleet, including their make and model, purchase date current millage and any outstanding repair that need to be made.

Coordinating vehicle reservation, usage and maintenance request.

Monitoring and tracking vehicle inventory to ensure adequate supply level.

Communicating with drivers ensure that they are aware of their schedules and responsibility.

Coordinate with Fleet supervisors to develop and implement policies and procedures related to fleet management.

Monitoring and analyzing fleet data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Preparing reports related to fleet operation and presenting them to Supervisors.

Developing and maintaining schedule for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Education Qualification and Experience:

Fleet efficiency and productivity.

Tracking and reporting fuel and maintenance expenses.

Managing vehicle inventory and scheduling replacement.

Collaborating with other departments to optimise fleet use.

Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

A high school diploma/A bachelor equivalent

2-3 years in industry

Proven ability to work independently and with others.

Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.

MS Office advanced skills
