Fleet Coordinator

Job Description:

• Responsible to the entire functions related to transportation and maintenance of vehicle in JIC.
• Coordinate with Sites for the allocation of the vehicle as per the requirement on timely basis.
• To responsible to plan the driver’s duty schedule and allocation.
• Resolves Logistic information and service problems.
• Update of daily logistics and Drivers OT reports and submit the report to BE & SP and HR on daily basis.
• Track the GPS movements of vehicles in order to identify the location and verifying the OT hours.
• To responsible to maintain the Vehicle cleanliness.
• Maintaining & physical records on duty roaster.
• Maintain incident report for Vehicle and update on daily basis.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in fleet coordination or logistics within the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE traffic laws, RTA procedures, and vehicle registration processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management software
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
