Fleet Coordinator

Fleet Management & Compliance

• Handle the full lifecycle of company trucks, including registration, renewals, and insurance claims.
• Ensure all vehicles meet UAE transport and safety standards (Salik, parking, road access).
• Manage both routine servicing and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a systematic digital and physical archive of all vehicle documents (registration, insurance, permits).

Driver Management & Recruitment

• Source and recruit drivers based on operational demand.
• Maintain updated records of visas, licenses, and performance.
• Manage duty rosters and daily assignments to ensure punctuality.
• Archive and update all driver-related paperwork, ensuring licenses and visas are valid.

Field Supervision

• Loading Supervision: Occasionally visit loading sites to personally supervise the process, ensuring cargo is handled properly and matches the manifest.
• Follow up with drivers from the moment of loading to the final destination to ensure cargo integrity.
• Actively raise and resolve any operational bottlenecks, including loading delays or customs checkpoints.
• Manage the loading schedule to sync warehouse teams, customers, and drivers.

Market Sourcing

• Proactively source external trucks from the market at the most competitive rates to meet additional demand.
• When internal trucks are idle, find external loads to maximize fleet utilization.
• Coordinate with third-party transporters and negotiate fair terms.

Financial Accountability

• Manage and disburse advance payments to drivers at loading sites, ensuring all receipts are collected.
• Coordinate with the accounts department to track fuel consumption, trip expenses, and maintenance costs.
• Keep meticulous logs for all fleet-related activities and financial disbursements.

Requirements

• UAE Driver’s License: a valid UAE driver’s license is a must.
• Being a fluent Arabic speaker is a must.

إدارة الشاحنات

• مسؤول عن تسجيل الشاحنات، تجديد الملكية، ومتابعة التأمين والمطالبات.
• التأكد من أن كل شاحنة تتبع قوانين الإمارات (سالك، المواقف، تصاريح الطرق).
• ترتيب الصيانة الدورية وتصليح الأعطال المفاجئة لضمان عدم توقف العمل.
• تنظيم وحفظ ملفات الشاحنات (ورقياً وإلكترونياً) بشكل يسهل الرجوع إليه.

إدارة السائقين

• البحث عن سائقين جدد وتوظيفهم حسب حاجة الشركة.
• متابعة صلاحية الإقامات، رخص القيادة، وتقييم أداء السائقين.
• تنظيم مواعيد العمل وتوزيع المهام اليومية لضمان الالتزام بالوقت.
• أرشفة مستندات السائقين والتأكد من أنها قانونية وسارية دائماً.

الإشراف الميداني ومتابعة النقل

• التواجد أحياناً في موقع التحميل للتأكد من سلامة البضاعة وطريقة ترتيبها.
• التواصل مع السائق وتنسيق التحميل حتى وصوله للعميل لضمان وصول الشحنة بسلام.
• التدخل السريع لحل أي مشكلة تحدث أثناء التحميل أو عند "الجمارك".
• ترتيب المواعيد بين المستودع، والعميل، والسائقين لضمان سير العمل.

توفير شاحنات من السوق

• تأمين شاحنات من السوق الخارجي بأفضل وأقل الأسعار.
• إذا كانت شاحنات الشركة متوقفة، البحث عن "حمولات" خارجية لتشغيلها.
• التنسيق مع شركات النقل الخارجية والاتفاق معهم على الأسعار.

الحسابات والمصاريف

• تسليم السائقين مبالغ نقدية (سلف) عند التحميل لمصاريف الرحلة، وجمع الفواتير منهم.
• التنسيق مع قسم المحاسبة لمراقبة صرف الديزل وتكاليف الصيانة والرحلات.
• تسجيل كل المصاريف والأنشطة اليومية في سجلات واضحة ومنظمة.

المتطلبات

• رخصة قيادة إماراتية: توفر قيادة إماراتية سارية المفعول (شرط أساسي).
• إتقان اللغة العربية تحدثاً وكتابة (شرط أساسي).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
