Fleet / Transport Coordinator

Safety World is a leading UAE-based company specializing in fire protection systems, life safety solutions, and engineering services. We deliver reliable and compliant fire protection solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential projects across the UAE.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Transport/fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the daily operations of our company’s vehicle fleet. The role involves ensuring proper utilization, maintenance, documentation, and compliance of all company vehicles while supporting site and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the daily allocation and movement of company vehicles and drivers based on our different departments operational requirements.
  • Maintain and update fleet records including vehicle registration, insurance, Salik, fuel usage, and service schedules.
  • Ensure all company vehicles are properly maintained, roadworthy, and serviced on time.
  • Monitor vehicle usage and driver performance to ensure compliance with company policies and UAE traffic regulations.
  • Coordinate vehicle repairs, maintenance, accident reporting and repairs, and insurance claims when required.
  • Track and control fleet-related expenses such as fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Monitor GPS tracking systems to ensure efficient vehicle utilization and prevent misuse.
  • Coordinate with workshops, suppliers, and authorities for vehicle inspections, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, availability, and operational costs for management review.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2–4 years of UAE experience in fleet coordination, transport operations, or vehicle management.
  • Good knowledge of UAE traffic rules, vehicle registration, and fleet documentation procedures.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic will be an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and record keeping.
  • ⁠Must be comfortable in a dynamic, high demand environment with shifting priorities.
  • Open to working beyond hours when required to manage operational urgencies.
  • Team oriented, solution focused, and reliable under pressure.
  • UAE Driving License preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 4,000 (based on experience)
  • Accommodation / Transportation / Medical Insurance provided
  • All other benefits as per UAE Labour Law
