Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager with a strong background in fleet management, construction logistics, and transport operations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of tipper trucks and fleet (160+ vehicles)
• Oversee port clearance, full load transport, and last-mile deliveries
• Plan routing, scheduling, and dispatch to maximize fleet utilization
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport, safety, and maintenance standards
• Lead driver management including scheduling, performance, and training
• Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and operational KPIs
• Coordinate with customers to ensure high service levels and retention
• Support pricing, quotations, and operational planning for new business
• Manage third-party transport providers during peak demand

Desired Profile:
✔ Proven experience managing large and diverse fleets
✔ Strong experience in construction logistics, port operations & transport
✔ Experience in driver workforce planning and operations
✔ Commercial awareness with pricing and customer interaction skills
✔ Knowledge of UAE transport regulations
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
✔ Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month

• Construction : 3 years (Required)
• Fleet operations : 5 years (Required)
