Fleet Coordinator

We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to oversee the daily scheduling, maintenance, and compliance of our specialized LPG tankers and cylinder distribution fleet. You will ensure safe, efficient, and fully compliant logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and dispatch daily delivery schedules for LPG tankers and trucks to optimize routes and meet customer windows.
• Coordinate preventative/corrective maintenance for vehicles and specialized gas equipment (valves, pressure vessels, piping).
• Ensure absolute compliance with UAE Civil Defense, dangerous goods regulations, and local transport laws. Manage vehicle registrations and safety permits.
• Monitor driver performance and GPS tracking. Support HSE with driver safety training and toolbox talks.
• Act as the first point of contact for breakdowns or delays. Track fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vendor invoices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years in fleet coordination/logistics, specifically within LPG, Oil & Gas, or hazardous materials.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with gas vehicle components (pumps, meters, pressure valves).
• Regulations: Strong understanding of UAE traffic laws and Civil Defense safety requirements.
• Languages: Fluent English. Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is a strong advantage for driver coordination.
