Role Summary
Manage vehicle lifecycle compliance, branding, and toll/fuel card administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vehicle Renewal & Compliance
- Oversee timely registration renewal, insurance procurement, and vehicle passing (inspection).
- Clear traffic fines and manage dispute processes for incorrect penalties.
2. Vehicle Branding
- Coordinate application, repair, and removal of company decals/livery per brand standards.
3. Salik & Petro Cards
- Register Salik tags, monitor top‑ups, and prevent low‑balance violations.
- Issue, cancel, and audit fuel (Petro) cards; track consumption.
Requirements
- 2+ years fleet or vehicle admin experience.
- Knowledge of local traffic, renewal, and fine dispute procedures.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Proficient in government portals and Excel.
