Fleet Head of Transportation Dept.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Transportation Head to oversee and manage our laundry service fleet operations in Industrial Area Street 38. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth transportation of goods, optimize fleet performance, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. A valid driver’s license is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching vehicles.
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of laundry across designated service areas.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and operational costs to maximize efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and manage drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Implement fleet management systems and maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and expenses.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to align transportation schedules with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with local traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Develop strategies to reduce costs and improve fleet productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management or transportation leadership roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of drivers.
• Knowledge of logistics, routing, and fleet management systems.
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Flexibility to join immediately.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in Laundry Delivery, Arranging Accident insurance, Renewal Stimara knowledge about Inspection of Car will be advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
