Fleet Maintenance Engineer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading the maintenance team for the region “Delta”.
• Managing Maintenance activities for company fleet through the KPIs ensuring maximum utilization .
• Monitor fleet budget consumption per region to Ensure budget commitment
• Managing Spare parts purchase requests & consumption analysis.
• Evaluating the Supplier in terms of efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
• Ensure the maintenance records for fleet are accurate and up to date including cost, repair, PM quality, unscheduled breakdowns, and stoppages.
• Monitor the performance of all assigned fleet regions through direct visits and daily reports.
• Perform weekly & monthly and yearly reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or any relevant field.
• Proven experience in fleet maintenance or a related field within the FMCG sector.
