Fleet Maintenance Lead

Algihaz Holding in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia is looking for ( Fleet Maintenance Lead)

Requirements :

Education bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive

Technology, or a related field

Experience 8-10 years of experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations.

-Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

-Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.

-Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance activities.

-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

-Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.

-Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals.

-Technical Team Supervision

-Preventive and corrective maintenance fleet management.

-Spare parts and inventory management.

-Technical Reporting.

-Workshops supervision.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. Strong knowledge of vehicle and heavy equipment

maintenance practices.

2. In-depth understanding of vehicle and heavy equipment mechanics.

3. Excellent diagnostic skills; Proficient in diagnosing and

troubleshooting mechanical issues.

4. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of local regulations and safety

standards related to fleet operations.

5. Vendor Management skills.

6. Effective communication skills.

7. Problem-solving skills.

8. Team Management Skills.

9. Strong in MS Office.

10. Proficient in English Language.
