Fleet Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet (cars, trucks, or specialized vehicles).
- Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver performance.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, licensing, and insurance requirements.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Optimize fleet allocation to support business needs and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, mileage, and service history.
Procurement
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for fleet-related goods and services (vehicles, spare parts, fuel contracts, maintenance services).
- Handle procurement of general office supplies, equipment, and services as required.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
Cost & Budget Control
- Develop and monitor fleet and procurement budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in vehicle operations and purchasing.
- Prepare reports on fleet efficiency, procurement spend, and vendor performance.
