Fleet Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Vehicle Manager to oversee and manage all company vehicles and drivers. The candidate will be responsible for efficient vehicle utilization, maintenance scheduling, fuel monitoring, and daily data reporting.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all drivers and their work allocation.
• Maintain vehicle schedules for daily operations.
• Track and ensure timely insurance, FC (Fitness Certificate), and service renewals for all vehicles.
• Monitor tyre conditions, replacements, and maintenance records.
• Check and record diesel/fuel consumption and prevent misuse.
• Maintain a daily log of vehicle usage, expenses, and mileage.
• Oversee repairs, servicing, and part replacements as needed.
• Manage vehicle-related expenses and provide day-to-day expense reports.
• Coordinate with management for cost optimization and preventive maintenance.
• Requirements:Proven experience in fleet or vehicle management (preferably in a construction or logistics company).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to handle drivers and site requirements.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
