Job Purpose:


The Delivery Department Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all delivery operations to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Mobica’s products to customers. This role ensures high customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and coordination between internal departments and external logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full delivery process from dispatch to customer handover.

• Plan delivery schedules based on project timelines and customer priorities.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

• Monitor fleet performance, vehicle utilization, and maintenance schedules.

• Ensure all delivery documentation (delivery notes, invoices, customer receipts, etc.) is accurate and properly filed.

• Supervise and guide delivery supervisors, drivers, and logistics staff.

• Handle escalations or delivery-related customer complaints professionally and promptly.

• Track key delivery KPIs (on-time rate, delivery cost per order, customer satisfaction, etc.) and prepare regular performance reports.

• Optimize delivery routes and logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transport laws.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery and logistics function.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in logistics or delivery operations, preferably in furniture or manufacturing industries.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics management systems.
