Fleet Manager

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the company’s vehicle operations, optimize fleet utilization, manage costs, and ensure compliance with UAE traffic regulations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of drivers, coordinate maintenance schedules, and maintain accurate vehicle records while supporting smooth operational activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company fleet on a big scale, ensuring efficient and cost-effective vehicle utilization.
• Develop budgets for fleet requirements and obtain approvals before deployment.
• Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections, and timely servicing.
• Ensure proper registration, insurance, and compliance of all vehicles (MULKIYA).
• Monitor and report driver performance, safety, accidents, and licensing issues.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, expenses, and P&L per project or vehicle.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers and contractors, ensuring timely procurement and invoice management.
• Train drivers on safe vehicle operation, preventive maintenance, and UAE laws.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, cost, mileage, and operational efficiency.
• Update and enforce transport department policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Assist in the acquisition of new vehicles based on operational needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fleet management or transport operations.
• Knowledge of UAE traffic laws, vehicle regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and reports efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
