Key Responsibilities:
Exp: 3 to 5 Years
Education:
Engineering background from marine/naval architecture or related fields.
-
Support Fleet group and Operational support lead with Operational Excellence initiatives.
-
Support Fleet group with analysis on performance management.
-
Maintain organized data and prepare analysis on monthly performance, identify gaps and present data vessels level for monthly performance review with vessels and Fleet group.
-
Support the fleet group with cost down drive initiative and keeping a record of same
-
Support the FSI with monitor cost and performance on vessel level and analyze variances.
-
Track completion of TOP2 appraisals and quality of appraisals.
-
Support the FG with inventory management.
-
Build a backlog of cost saving initiatives and tradeoffs, incl risk reg which can be implemented on specific vessels and across the fleet.

Support with development of a model for cost benefit analyses for operation excellence

Engineering background preferred, ideally from marine/naval architecture or related fields.

Experience or understanding of fleet operations, asset management and vessel maintenance.

Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and reports to stakeholders.
