About the Role:

The Fleet Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the transport of the staff provided by managing the company’s service providers. He will also be assisting the Fleet Manager in the maintenance and inventory of vehicles and other equipment assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Managing staff transportation logistics
• Organizes efficient daily routes for all company vehicles to optimize operations.
• Ensures driver adherence to strict schedules and company policies.
• Maintains detailed records of all vehicle servicing and inspections.
• Prepares and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all company vehicles.
• Manages and resolves transportation team incidents.
• Manages occasional requests, exceptional situations and complaints from staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a fleet specialist.
• Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and organizing skills.
• Excellent command of Microsoft office tools.
• Strong Risk Assessment and Mitigation Skills.
