Summary:
The Fleet Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the project’s vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal utilization, safety, and compliance with regulations. This role includes maintenance oversight, vehicle tracking, procurement support, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the
daily operations of the project fleet
, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and safe for use.

Coordinate
vehicle procurement, registration, and licensing
in compliance with local regulations.

Monitor
fleet utilization
, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to optimize costs.

Maintain accurate
fleet records
, including insurance, permits, and service history.

compliance with road safety and local transport regulations.

Liaise with

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in
Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

in fleet management.
