Fleet Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a Fleet Supervisor to lead and optimize the performance of our rider fleet. This role is vital in ensuring delivery operations run smoothly by managing rider performance,engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rider Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key rider performance metrics, including delivery efficiency and shift adherence.
• Rider Communication: Maintain daily communication with riders to ensure adherence, compliance and providing support in case of any issues.
• Staffing & Scheduling: Ensure optimal rider availability and shift fulfillment based on business demand.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety protocols, manage violations, and handle crisis situations.
• Live Monitoring: Track real-time rider movement, provide operational support, and ensure compliance
• Fleet Branding & Equipment Management: Oversee fleet branding initiatives and inventory distribution for riders.
• Engagement & Retention: Develop strategies to improve rider satisfaction, resolve issues, and reward top performers.

Key Metrics for Success:

• Average Working Shifts Fill rate %
• Average deliveries per rider
• Number of riders trained
• Healthy Operational Metrics
• Rider retention & engagement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or operations preferred.
• Prior experience in a logistics company working with talabat is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick operational decisions.
• Proficiency in using fleet tracking tools and performance analytics.
• Ability to manage and coordinate large teams.
• Knowledge of food delivery operations is an advantage.
• Languages: Urdu (Must), English (Must)
