Manage our vehicle fleet and client relationships.

Job Summary:

The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the company's car fleet, ensuring optimal

Vehicle performance, handling daily operations, and maintaining excellent client service. This

Role also involves proactive sales responsibilities to help secure new business, including targeting

Individuals, travelers, and local clients for short-term rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management:

 Oversee the condition, availability, and maintenance schedule of the vehicle fleet

 Coordinate regular servicing, repairs, and inspections

 Ensure all vehicles are clean, insured, tracked, and roadworthy

 Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and usage reports

 Maintain up-to-date fleet records and documentation

Client Handling & Customer Service:

 Act as the first point of contact for rental clients

 Manage booking requests, vehicle handovers, and returns

 Ensure timely resolution of client issues or complaints

 Build strong relationships with both individual and corporate customers

 Supervise airport pickups and drop-offs when needed

Sales & Business Development:

 Identify new business opportunities, especially for daily and weekly rentals

 Pitch services to potential clients including travelers, tourists, and local residents

 Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns

 Help secure corporate contracts and repeat client

Requirements:

 Proven experience in fleet operations, car rentals, or logistics (minimum 2 years

Preferred)

 Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

 Sales-driven mindset with ability to close deals

 Good understanding of car maintenance and documentation

 Ability to work independently and under pressure

 Familiarity with Karachi roads and airport protocols is a plus

 Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email)

Employment Type:

Full-time (6 days/week)

Salary Package: Competitive, based on experience

Additional Benefits: Performance bonus, fuel allowance, mobile allowance.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
