Fleet Supervisor

Job Description:
We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage our transportation operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing vehicle management, driver coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day fleet activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fleet and transportation operations
• Manage drivers and ensure proper scheduling and coordination
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs
• Maintain records of fuel, mileage, and vehicle usage
• Ensure timely dispatch and operational efficiency
• Handle transport-related issues and provide quick solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in any field
• 3–5 years of relevant transport/fleet experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Important Note:

• All candidates must have relevant work experience in Pakistan
