flexible hours expo

We are looking for a high-energy expo/food runner to join our crew! Patio season is right around the corner, and we are excited for the busy days.

Responsibilities

• A Liaison between kitchen & front-of-house, managing order flow and quality.
• Manage the "pass" (kitchen pickup area) and prioritize tickets.
• Inspect dishes for accuracy, temperature, garnishing, and presentation.
• Communicate order updates, special requests (allergies), and item availability.
• Assist with final plating and adding garnishes.
• Deliver food rapidly and accurately, confirming orders.
• Check in with customers for needs (refills, missing items).
• Answer basic menu questions and inform servers of guest feedback.
• Support servers/kitchen as needed.

Experience

• Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, or banquet service enhances your effectiveness
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests
• Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
• Ability to work flexible hours across AM and PM shifts
• A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
