This position will be responsible for delivering food menu items to guests in an efficient and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

Completes assigned side-work duties.
Communicates with kitchen, host and service staff to maintain efficiency and guest service.
Communicates with bar staff to maintain efficiency and guest service.
Communicates with each guest when delivering food items.
Assists with removal of dirty dishes from tables between courses and at the completion of the meal.
Assists with removal of trash during shift.
Assists in getting ice and other bar items as needed.
Assists in transporting beer and liquor from bar to Marketplace as needed.
Assists in kitchen opening and closing procedures.
Deliver pizzas to guests throughout both resort properties in a timely and professional manner.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
Prior experience in the food industry preferred.
