Flight Dispatcher

Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA) is seeking highly organized and operationally focused Flight Dispatchers to support our helicopter air taxi operations in Egypt .

This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations through structured flight planning, real-time operational control, and coordination with flight crews, ground teams, and Egyptian Air Force (EAF) counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review daily flight plans, including routing, fuel calculations, weather assessments, and payload considerations

• Monitor active flights in real time and maintain continuous operational control

• Coordinate with pilots, maintenance, ground handling teams, and military stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, military airspace procedures, and company standards

• Conduct operational risk assessments and support safety management initiatives

• Manage flight documentation, operational logs, and dispatch systems

• Support VIP missions, unscheduled operations, and special flight requirements

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Flight Dispatcher License or equivalent operational certification

• Experience in flight dispatch, operations control, or aviation operations

• Strong understanding of flight planning, weather analysis, NOTAMs, and operational coordination

• Ability to perform effectively in time-critical and high-pressure operational environments

Preferred:

• Helicopter operations or air taxi experience

• Experience within military and civil aviation environments

• Background working within structured operational or military environments

• Degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautics, or a related discipline
