Flight Sale Agent - US Based Travel Agency

Seven Zones Travel is a US-based travel agency providing complete travel solutions including Umrah, Hajj, holidays, and worldwide flight bookings. We are looking for motivated and experienced Flight Sales Agents to join our growing team and handle international customers professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for flight bookings and travel inquiries.
• Provide accurate fare quotations and travel itineraries using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
• Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and schedule changes.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet monthly sales targets and assist in promoting agency services.
• Coordinate with international offices and customers for smooth booking operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Flight Sales Agent or in a travel consultancy role.
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Excellent communication and persuasive sales skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in computer and email handling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
