We are seeking a flexible, energetic Floater at our OKC location to support our early childhood education team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across various classrooms, assisting with daily activities, ensuring a safe environment, and providing exceptional care to children of different ages. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with young children and supporting their developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and engaging children during activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods across multiple classrooms.
• Support classroom teachers by helping with lesson setup, materials organization, and activity implementation.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children by following proper supervision protocols and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Provide nurturing care for children including infant care, toddler care, and preschool-aged children, adapting to their individual needs.
• Support behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions among children.
• Respond promptly to children's needs, including basic first aid when necessary, and communicate effectively with staff and parents.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, licensing standards, and company policies.

Pay: $12.50 - $18.50 per hour
