Floater Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves developing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the diverse needs of students, including those with special education requirements.

Duties

• Develop and implement curriculum that meets educational standards and caters to the diverse learning styles of students.
• Create lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and physical education.
• Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support child welfare and development.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children in your care.

Skills

• Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Experience working with children in various settings including daycare, preschool, or private schools.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with tutoring methods and early childhood education practices such as Montessori approaches.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on individual student needs and experiences.
