Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Lead Teacher to plan and guide meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity and development.
• Build trusting, nurturing relationships with children and families.
• Support daily classroom routines — from playtime and meals to transitions and group activities.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment.
• Observe children’s needs and progress, share insights with the Lead Teacher
• Encourage respect, cooperation, kindness, and creativity among the children.
• Contribute ideas, enthusiasm, and teamwork to make each day a positive experience for everyone.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working with young children in a group setting is preferred.
• A caring, patient, and dependable approach to working with children and families.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
• Must meet state and Kiddie Academy background check and health requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
