Floating Leasing Manager – Lead, Lease, and Elevate!

Do you love the thrill of closing a lease just as much as you love building strong teams? Are you a polished professional who can step in, take charge, and make an immediate impact wherever you go? If so, we want you on our winning team!

We’re searching for a Floating Leasing Manager who is equal parts leader and doer. In this role, you’ll train, coach, and inspire leasing teams—while also jumping in to lease apartments yourself, especially at under-performing communities that need a boost.

What You’ll Do:

  • Step into under-performing properties and personally drive leasing results.
  • Lead by example—train, mentor, and coach leasing teams to hit goals.
  • Execute creative outreach and marketing strategies to drive traffic.
  • Work the entire leasing process yourself, from tour to close.
  • Use your expertise in Yardi, CRM systems, and social media to build momentum.
  • Travel between communities, bringing energy, leadership, and results.
  • Represent our company culture with professionalism, polish, and pride.
