Floor Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Floor Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead staff, and ensure smooth client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules, task assignments, and shift rotations.
• Maintain hygiene, discipline, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Handle client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Train and motivate staff for improved performance and teamwork.
• Monitor stock usage and coordinate with the stock department.
• Ensure proper use of salon resources and maintain service quality.
• Report daily operations and challenges to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role (salon/spa/retail preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle rush hours and manage a large team effectively.
• Knowledge of salon operations and customer service best practices.
• Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
