Fit out Manager

As Fit-Out Project Manager, you will lead site operations on high-end luxury retail fit-out projects, from pre-construction planning through delivery and handover. This role requires technical depth, strong stakeholder coordination, and a passion for precision and craftsmanship.

• Oversee all stages of fit-out projects: planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Prepare project schedules, track progress, and resolve site issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with design specs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage procurement, cost control, and timely delivery of materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in interior fit-out project management in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and local regulations.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
