Job Requirements:
Manage and ensure smooth functioning of third party delivery applications
Monitoring the setting up / opening the restaurant.
Completing other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
Knowledgeable of the daily specials / chef recommendations.
Knowledgeable and well-versed in using restaurant POS systems.
Serving and removing food and drinks according to company standard procedures.
Monitoring the constant cleanliness of the restaurant.
Monitoring the re-stocking service areas.
Monitoring the re-stocking condiments.
Monitoring the closing of the restaurant.
Supervising the floor during service hours to ensure that all ORA standards and steps of service are met through all guest interactions.
Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.
Communicating with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
Soliciting feedback from guests concerning the service and food & beverage offerings in the restaurant.
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager.
Making the guest feel at home and taken care of throughout their experience.
Attending mandatory meetings including divisional meetings, staff meetings, etc.
Reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to direct supervisors.
Abiding to all rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Resolving problems to the satisfaction of involved parties.
Being responsible, whilst liaising with the Restaurant Manager for your own development.
Ensuring that all standards and cash handling procedures are followed.
