Job Description:
Our company is looking for an experienced and hands-on Floor Manager to oversee daily café operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service quality, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, train, and motivate the café team
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor staff performance and ensure proper scheduling
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
• Coordinate with kitchen/barista team for efficient service
• Handle opening and closing procedures
• Track inventory and report stock requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a café or restaurant
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
