Job Description:
The Floor Manager will be responsible for supervising and leading the team on the floor, ensuring high standards of customer service and efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the call center industry, with proven leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a keen eye for quality control. This role demands exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to drive team performance and achieve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on the call center floor to ensure a productive and positive work environment
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members
• Monitor call handling and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Resolve escalated issues and handle customer complaints when necessary
• Collaborate with HR and training teams for ongoing staff development
• Prepare and present performance reports to management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the call center industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency in call center software and MS Office suite
