Position: Restaurant Floor Manager (Fine dining Experienced)

Starting Salary: SAR 5,000 with FREE shared accommodation and transportation OR SAR 6,500 Full package / Live Out

Role Overview The Floor Manager leads the dining room during service. This person makes sure guests have a smooth, high-quality dining experience from the moment they arrive to when they leave. The role covers staff supervision, guest service, and daily floor operations.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Welcome guests and manage seating to keep the dining room running smoothly.
• Supervise waiters and floor staff during service, and assign duties as needed.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and complaints in a calm and polite way.
• Check that food and drinks are served correctly, on time, and to standard.
• Make sure the dining area is clean, tidy, and set up correctly before and during service.
• Train new staff and support the team to keep good service standards.
• Presentable all the time and follow all health, safety, and hygiene rules at all times.
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality floor management, preferably in a high-end setting.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic; a friendly and professional manner with guests and staff.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month
